Description
Build Cross-Platform Apps with Vue 3 and Quasar 2
In the Vue 3: Create a Mobile & Desktop App (with Quasar 2 & Pinia) Course, you will be taught how to develop a full cross-platform application with Vue 3 (Composition API), Quasar 2, and Pinia. In the course of the course, you will design Moneyballs, a mobile, desktop, and web-based personal finance management application. You will also learn to combine Quasar parts, application state with Pinia, and how to deploy your application on more than two platforms using Capacitor and Electron.
Design a Real-Life Money Management application
The primary project you have is the Moneyballs app; this is a fully interactive, real-world application, allowing the user to add and delete income and expense records, drag and drop to modify or sort the records, and swipe to delete transactions. You will also add such features as payment marking as a completed transaction, confirmation dialogs, display running balance, and currency symbol customization. Besides, your app will store all user data and settings on a local level, meaning that all data is saved even when the app is closed or the user refreshes the app.
Deploy to Web, Mobile, and Desktop Platforms
Once your app is complete, you’ll learn how to package and publish it for different environments. Using Quasar + Capacitor, you’ll compile the project into iOS and Android versions ready for distribution on the App Store and Google Play. Then, you’ll move on to Electron, transforming your Vue app into native executables for Windows and macOS. The instructor of the Vue 3: Create a Mobile & Desktop App (with Quasar 2 & Pinia) Course walks you through every step — from setup and configuration to testing and final deployment.
Take Your Vue Skills to the Next Level
The Vue 3: Create a Mobile & Desktop App (with Quasar 2 & Pinia) Course is designed for developers who already understand the basics of JavaScript and Vue 3 and want to take their skills further by building production-ready applications for multiple platforms. By the end, you’ll not only have a powerful money-tracking app in your portfolio but also the confidence and experience to create, extend, and publish your own cross-platform applications with ease.
